The Danish Diabetes and Endocrine Academy is a national initiative based in Denmark, focused on strengthening research and talent development within diabetes, metabolism, and classical endocrinology. Through education, funding, and cross-sector collaboration, the academy supports early-career researchers and helps build strong networks across scientific disciplines and borders.

Backed by the Novo Nordisk Foundation with a five-year grant running from 2023 to 2027, the academy continues to drive innovation and excellence in research that aims to improve the prevention and treatment of endocrine diseases.
